On November 10, Chinese diplomats and US diplomats in Pakistan played a volleyball match friendly in Chinese Embassy. Chinese Ambassador Liu Jian and US Ambassador Olson led the two teams separately.

It was a great game. China won against the US by the score of 3 to 2.

Before the game, Ambassador Liu extended warm welcome to Ambassador Olson and hoped that the volleyball match could enhance bilateral exchanges and mutual friendship among diplomats. US Ambassador Olson delivered words of thanks and appreciated China's initiatives and warm hospitality, and hoped the volleyball match could continue to serve as a bridge to maintain communication and exchanges between the two embassies.

After the game, Chinese diplomats and US diplomats had dinner together and exchanges views friendly.
