Ladies and gentlemen,

It is my great pleasure to be here to participate today's function.

China Mobile is the largest state-owned IT company in China, and is also one of the prominent telecommunication companies in the world. Their investment and operational activities in Pakistan is not only upgrading the IT cooperation level between our two countries, but also increasing FDI from China to Pakistan. This is a win-win situation. Actually, it is not just only a win-win situation, is also a multi-win situation because of today' contract with ZTE, Huawei, Ericsson and Alcatel-Lucent.

Chinese government appreciates the contribution of China Mobile for doing business with Pakistan, for deepening Chin-Pak bilateral economic relationship. I am sure that under Mr. Guo and his team's leadership, CMPak will become one of the leading Mobile operator of Pakistan IT industry.

I also want to express gratitude, on behalf of my government, to Pakistan government, IT ministry, PTA, for what they have done to support China Mobile.

Pakistan is the only country we identify as all-weather friendship and all-dimensional cooperation. Our friendship is higher than the Himalayas, deeper than the Arabic ocean, sweeter than honey. We are satisfied with the progress of our cooperation. But comparing our excellent political relations, we really need to do more for enhancing our economic and trade linkages. Last month, Prime Minister of Pakistan paid a successful visit to China. More than 30 MoUs and Agreements were signed during his trip. Now both sides are doing best to implement the consensus.

Friends, to deepen our traditional friendship and to broaden our bilateral cooperation are our common mission which needs our joint efforts. Just let us do, do more and the best towards this direction.
